We're looking for someone to join our team as a Physical Therapist who: Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required Master's Degree: Preferred Doctorate Degree:

Preferred Work Experience: Two years Physical Therapy experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required

Refer to the Required Licenses and Certifications list for additional job and/or unit specific requirements. Physical Therapy license in state of practice.

Jacksonville Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Jacksonville, Oregon seeking to add a physical therapist to our team (full-time or part-time permanent position).

The focus of our clinic is outpatient orthopedics. We are interested in developing pelvic health services if this aligns with the goals and skill set of our new team-member. Our physical therapists have one-on-one, 40-minute appointments. You have the opportunity to collaborate with us to craft your position into a reflection of your values and needs.


Full-Time

Salary Range: $67,000 - $92,000 per year
Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance stipend, CEU budget, MedBridge subscription, APTA dues paid, and mentorship. 
Possible Additional Benefits - Negotiable: HSA contribution, relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and support for specialty certification, residency, and/or fellowship.


Part-Time

Pay: $34.00-$45.00 per hour
